Lisbon still has secrets. One of the best kept until today is BATEU MATOU. RIOT (Buraka Som Sistema), Ivo Costa (Sara Tavares, Batida) and Quim Albergaria (PAUS) got together with the hunger and the will to set the dancefloors on fire. BATEU MATOU is a new dance band made of all rhythms that are redesigning the night and the voice of a city in ebullition. They have made Musicbox their home and laboratory to experiment and create their own sound.

”Lume” is a bucket of gasoline thrown right into the middle of the fire. Funananá and Trap combined to show the capacity of the Lisbon beat to transform and make you dance. The incendiary theme features Scúru Fitchádu’s voice and lyrics and the result is a feverish and sensual rhythm impossible to resist.
